How to Get Started with 99 Apps
Welcome to the 99 Apps Family! We'd love to make an App for you, and we will make it extremely easy for you to have a customized App in no time! Basically, we build a completely customized App for you with your logo, menus, and location info - we do all of the work to set up your initial information, but then we give you access to the App Control System where you can keep all of your info up-to-date. Joining the mobile revolution has never been easier!

How quickly will I have my App?
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. However, we may be able to work extra fast in special cases. Please contact us if you need rush development, and we will work with you to get you your App when you need it!

What do you need from me to get started?
Our program is very simple. As long as you have an up-to-date website, we can work directly from information available to us. Of course, if you'd like to be more involved, you can provide us with specific content.

Do I need pay to get started?
At 99 Apps, we typically don't collect payment until we have delivered your App into your hands. For expedited orders or special requests, we often take a credit card up front, but we don't charge you until you have the product that you ordered.

Do you need my art files for my logo?
While a high resolution logo is always preferred, we can usually make a very nice looking App by simply pulling art and color profiles off of your website. If you have art to send us, we are more than happy to incorporate it, but if you would prefer us to do the work behind the scenes and produce your App based on using your website as a template, we can do that as well. The choice is yours!

Do I need to input all my menu items myself?
The short answer is no! As long as you have a current menu on your website or have a menu file that you can send to us, we can input your menu for you! We typically do all of your standard food menus, and leave the entering of seasonal menus, special menus, and drink menus to you. Since these menus change frequently, we prefer to let you enter these when you are ready to launch your App, so that the menus that we entered do not go obsolete before you are ready to use them. If you have any special requests about how you would like your menu structured, you can let us know before we put your App together, and we will do our best to make your menu appear exactly as you'd like it!

If I want to upload pictures of my food items, how do I do this?
Once we have entered your menu and launched your App, you will have access to your App Control System where you can make any future changes and additions to your App, including adding pictures.
